Rental Lot Considerations

• Park members are responsible for ensuring their guest(s) are aware of and follow the rules of the park. Any violations of park rules by guests will result in the reserving member receiving the appropriate violation action.

• Park members must be staying at the park for the duration of their guest’s stay.

• Members are responsible to meet guests at the gate for access to the park, therefore, please make appropriate arrangements with guests prior to arrival. The Park Manager is not responsible for gate access. No exceptions.

• Although most rental lots do have fire pits, firewood is not provided and cutting and gathering wood is not permitted. Only fire pits 3 meters from bush or other items may be used. We encourage guests to enjoy campfires at the booking member’s lot. Propane fire pits are permitted, but must be attended at all times, please use with caution.

• Sani Dump is available at main gate, fee posted and payable to Park Manager upon use by debit card.

• The main shower house is accessible with gate card access, therefore, please make arrangements with your guests for access and ask them to be respectful in helping keep our facilities clean.

• Please note Pelican Bay Cooperative Association is not responsible for any liability, loss, or damage while visiting the park. Please have a safe and enjoyable visit!
