WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING RENTAL REQUESTS FOR THE 2024 SEASON!

Pelican Bay Cooperative Association has 15 rental lots available for guest rentals. Reservations must be made by members only and are confirmed on a first come first serve basis. Each lot is fully serviced with 15 amp power and water.

Please use the link below or email PelicanBayResortRentals@gmail.com to make a reservation. Payments are to be made to the Park Manager upon arrival. Payments are to be made by debit card only. Any unpaid reservations will be invoiced to the for the full amount, plus a $50 non-payment penalty, and will result in the loss on future reservations until the bill is paid in full.

Rental Lot Information

Check in time: 12:00pm

Check Out Time: 2:00pm

*Check out may be extended until 7pm if not booked.

Payments must be made directly with Park Managers upon arrival. Payments must be made with Debit Card only.
Park members are responsible for ensuring their guest(s) are aware of and follow the rules of the park. Any violations of park rules by guests will result in the reserving member receiving the appropriate violation action.
Park members must be staying at the park for the duration of their guest’s stay.
Members are responsible to meet guests at the gate for access to the park, therefore, please make appropriate arrangements with guests prior to arrival. The park manager or is not responsible for gate access no exceptions.
Each rental lot has a 15 amp power supply and water hook up. Please use power accordingly.
Although most rental lots do have fire pits, firewood is not provided and cutting and gathering wood is not permitted. Only fire pits 3 meters from bush or other items may be used. We encourage guests to enjoy campfires at the booking member’s lot. Propane fire pits are permitted, but must be attended at all times, please use with caution.
Sani Dump is available at main gate, fee posted and payable to park caretaker upon use by debit card.
The main shower house is accessible with gate card access, therefore, please make arrangements with your guests for access and ask them to be respectful in helping keep our facilities clean.
